So, what’s up with Mayim Bialik? Actually, the last time I knew anything about him was when I watched The Big Bang Theory, but good news! This much is easy to know. Just use Google.
Blossom, an NBC sitcom from the 1990s about a family without a mother, had a song called “My Opinion” as its theme song. It was written by Mike Post and Steve Geyer, and American musician Dr. John played it. Yes, “Dr. John,” which is the stage name of Malcolm John Rebennack, Jr.
Here are the song’s correct lyrics.
Don’t know about the future, that’s anybody’s guess
Ain’t no good reason for getting all depressed
Buy up your pad and pencil, I’ll give you a piece of my mind
In my opinionation, the sun is gonna surely shine
Stop all your fussin’
Slap on a smile
Come out and walk in the sun for awhile
Don’t fight the felling, you know you want to have a good time
And in my opinionation, the sun is gonna surely shine
During the show’s five-year run, the theme song stayed the same, but the video clip sequences changed a lot. Here are some official versions of the first few minutes of the show.
