Green Acres Theme Song Lyrics

Welcome to the full lyrics for the Green Acres theme song!

The theme song from Green Acres, an all-time American TV show, wasn’t “outsourced” because the theme song was written for the show. Aside from “Green Acres Theme Song,” there is no evidence that it had any other working titles.

Eddie Albert, who was the star of the show, sang the song, while Eva Gabor, who was his partner, said most of what she had to say. It was written by Vic Mizzy, who also wrote The Addams Family Theme Song, which is another famous song from a TV show.

Now we have the theme from the beginning with the end.

Here are all the words to the song.

Green Acres Lyrics

Green acres is the place for me.
Farm livin’ is the life for me.
Land spreadin’ out so far and wide
Keep Manhattan, just give me that countryside.

New York is where I’d rather stay.
I get allergic smelling hay.
I just adore a penthouse view.
Dah-ling I love you but give me Park Avenue.

The chores.
The stores.
Fresh air.
Times Square

You are my wife.
Good bye, city life.
Green Acres we are there.

Guys, take a look at this! If I’m wrong, please tell me, but he reminds me of Donald Trump.

Green Acres Live Song

The lyrics mostly tell you what the show is about. But anyway, Green Acres is an American TV show about a couple who moved from New York City to a farm in the country. Eddie Albert and Eva Gabor played the couple. It was a continuation of Petticoat Junction. The show was first shown from September 15, 1965, to April 27, 1971, on CBS.

Oliver Wendell Douglas, a well-known and wealthy lawyer in New York City, has always wanted to be a farmer. In Green Acres, he finally gets his chance when he buys a run-down farm in Hooterville, much to the surprise of other farmers in the area. His beautiful Hungarian wife, Lisa Douglas, is forced to leave their fancy apartment in Manhattan and move in with him.

Guys, I hope you enjoy this theme song. Tell us if you also think the person in the video looks like Donald Trump. Listen to the other things we’ve put together for you, and we’ll see you in the next one.
